A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 9120 34A Avenue NW
The application is a proposed rezoning from Medium Industrial Zone (IM) to Business Industrial Zone (IB). The IB Zone will allow for a greater number of industrial business use opportunities and limited, compatible non-industrial businesses such that no nuisance is created or apparent outside an enclosed building.
The application also consists of an associated map update to the South Industrial Area Outline Plan, to identify the site for High Standard Industrial development.
