This application has two components. The first component is an amendment to the South Industrial Area Outline Plan (OP) to re-designate the sites from Medium Industrial Development to High Standard Industrial Development.
The second component is a rezoning of the properties from Medium Industrial Zone (IM) to Industrial Business Zone (IB). The Industrial Business Zone (IB) zone would give the property owner the opportunity to market the property to a wider range of uses and to be competitive with adjacent properties which are designated IB.
