About The Application
The proposed rezoning is from Urban Warehouse Zone (UW) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
This would allow the opportunity for two high-rise towers with the following characteristics:
- Two residential towers approximately 40 storeys (120 metres) and 36 storeys (110 metres)
- Commercial uses at street level on 102 Avenue NW
- Row Housing at street level on 106 Street NW
- Floor Area Ratio of 18
- Up to 700 dwellings
- Four storeys of above ground parking
