A planning application (map) has been received to rezone properties at 9325 156 Street NW, 9331 156 Street NW, 9335 156 Street NW, and 9341 156 Street NW.
The General Business Zone (CB2) is intended to provide for businesses that require large sites and a location with good visibility and accessibility along, or adjacent to, major public roadways. The height limits for buildings will not change under the proposed rezoning: the maximum height the CB2 zone allows is 14.5m for flat roof buildings, and the RA7 zone currently permits heights to 14.5m for flat roof buildings.
