A planning application has been received to rezone 10434 91 Street NW and 10438 91 NW. The applicant's project name is River Lot 20 Multi-unit Housing. River Lot 20 was the original subdivision for this area, where this site currently sits.

Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in engagement session on Tuesday December 10, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning at 10434 91 Street NW and 10438 91 Street NW.
The engagement session provided an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and share views with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to be shared at a future City Council Public Hearing.
