A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 9703 and 9707 76 Avenue NW.
This application proposes to rezone the sites from Small Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3) to Medium Density Multiple Family Zone (RF6). The applicant’s intent is to build a stacked row house on the sites.
The application also proposes a plan amendment to the Ritchie Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) to support the rezoning application.
