Help guide a rezoning proposal for the development of a mixed-use tower in the Downtown neighbourhood.
Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in engagement session on June 13, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning on the northwest corner of 104 Street NW and 103 Avenue NW.
Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council if and when the proposed rezoning goes to a future Public Hearing for a decision.
The City sent out advance notification postcards on March 18, 2019 to surrounding property owners and the Downtown Community League, notifying them that an application has been received and soliciting feedback.
The City requires all applicants seeking to rezone to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to undertake consultation before submitting a formal rezoning application for processing.
The applicant sent out pre-application notification letters on January 30, 2019, to nearby residents and the Downtown Community League, soliciting initial feedback on the proposal. The initial feedback was summarized by the applicant and submitted as part of their application.
