A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 1025 Webber Greens Drive NW, 8720 199 Street NW and 1055 Webber Greens Drive NW
The application proposes to rezone the sites from Agricultural Zone (AG) and Public Parks Zone (AP) to Natural Areas Protection Zone (NA) and Public Utility Zone (PU).
The rezoning will allow for the protection of 2 natural areas and to enable the development of a Light Rail Transit (LRT) station, parking and a light rail vehicle storage facility.
The application also proposes to amend the Potter Greens Neighbourhood Structure Plan to adjust the location of the LRT stop, include a light rail vehicle storage facility, and increase the size of Park and Ride facility from 800 to approximately 900 stalls.

Drop-in Information Session
The public is invited to attend a drop-in information session.
The session will provide an opportunity to view the proposed amendment and rezoning application that accommodate the proposed Light Rail Transit development concept.
Representatives from both ISL Engineering and the City of Edmonton will be in attendance to answer your questions or concerns.
Comments will be shared with City Council before making a decision on the proposal.
