The current zoning is Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2). The proposed zoning is for a new Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to allow for additional commercial uses for a mixed-use development.

Proposed uses include Cannabis Retail Sales, Restaurants, and Business Support Services. No changes to floor area ratio, height, or the building footprint are being proposed, as the building has already been developed.

The application conforms to the Mill Woods Development Concept Plan.
