A planning application (map) has been approved to rezone properties at 8721, 8725, 8731 and 8735 150 Street NW.
The applicant proposed to rezone the subject sites from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2). The proposal accommodates a nine unit row housing development with secondary suites, referred to in the proposed DC2 as accessory suites, and non-accessory parking to support the commercial development east of the site.
