A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 18125 and 18245 Stony Plain Road NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Highway Corridor Zone (CHY) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The Place LaRue West Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) requires use of a DC2 zoning. The proposed DC2 zoning will allow the development of the area with uses that cater to the travelling public and for automotive sales outlets.
