Proposed Rezoning
A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 9423 149 Street NW.
The current residential zoning does not align with the commercial development on the site.
This application proposes to rezone the site from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC).
This rezoning will allow the site to continue operating as a commercial building or to be redeveloped as a new commercial building with the scale intended to serve the day-to-day needs of residents within residential neighbourhoods.
