A planning application (map) has been received for a rezoning and plan amendment for a property at 6808 109 Street NW.
This application proposes rezoning from Row Housing Zone (RF5) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) zoning in order to allow for the operation of a law office in an existing single-detached house. The draft DC2 zoning stipulates that development regulations would be according to the existing RF5 zone and the 109 Street Corridor Area Redevelopment Plan.
An amendment to the 109 Street Corridor Area Redevelopment Plan is also proposed in support of this rezoning. This would permit the operation of the law office on the ground floor of the building.
