Public Engagement Session
Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in engagement session on Wednesday September 18, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning at the northwest corner of 123 Street NW and Jasper Avenue for a residential tower.
The session provided an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rezoning and share feedback with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future Public Hearing for a decision.

In addition, an associated application has been made to amend the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) to change current policy that does not support the development of this intensity at this location.
Policy Number 5.5.1(8.) is proposed to be amended, as it currently only directs a portion of the site as an appropriate location for a mixed-use high rise building. Additionally, Map 6 will need to be amended to reflect the proposed zoning.
