About The Application
The proposed rezoning is from the High-Rise Apartment Zone (RA9) to a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
This would allow the opportunity for a high-rise tower with the following characteristics:
- A 130-metre tower (approximately 43 storeys)
- Commercial uses at ground level fronting onto 100 Avenue NW
- Row housing fronting onto 111 Street NW
- Up to 370 dwellings
- Underground parking
An associated application has been made to amend maps in the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the above rezoning.
