A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 2225 66 Street NW.
The application proposes to rezone the site from an existing to a revised Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The purpose of the rezoning is to enable demolition of an existing garage and construction of a new multipurpose building for office, meeting and storage space.
The application proposes to update the existing DC2 by:
- Increasing the allowable height to 16 metres (or 3 storeys)
- Reducing the required building setback to 7.5 metres
- Updating the parking requirement to provide a range - by adding a maximum limit of 1 parking stall for every 2 seats to the existing minimum of 1 parking stall for every 3.3 seats
The rezoning conforms to the Mill Woods Development Concept Plan.
