A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 5011 23 Avenue NW, 5331 23 Avenue NW, 5403 23 Avenue NW, 5503 23 Avenue NW and 5661 23 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from an existingto a new Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed rezoning to a new Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) would allow for the addition of the Cannabis Retails Sales use, and would also incorporate some cleanups to use classes based on recent updates to the zoning bylaw.
