The application proposes to rezone the property from Urban Services Zone (US) to Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).

The proposed rezoning would align the zoning of the site with the existing apartment use. The current Urban Services Zone (US) is intended to provide for publicly and privately owned facilities of an institutional or community service nature. The proposed Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) is intended to provide for low-rise multi-unit housing.

To use it, follow these steps:
  1. Go to maps.edmonton.ca, and select "Zoning” from the menu
  2. Navigate to an area on the map or enter an address to search
  3. In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications”
  4. Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
