A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 9322 109 Avenue NW.

This application proposes to rezone the site from Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) for the purpose of developing a three-unit Row House.

To support the proposed DC2 rezoning, an associated application has been made to amend the Boyle Street/McCauley Area Redevelopment Plan, which currently designates the subject site for single detached and semi-detached housing.

A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 9639 107 Avenue NW and 9643 107 Avenue NW.

The application proposes to rezone the properties from Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) and Medium Density Multiple Family Zone (RF6) to Low Intensity Business Zone (CB1).

The rezoning application would enable a commercial development with potential mixed uses that complies with the proposed zoning.

10530 96 Street NW

A planning application (map) has been received to close the lane south of 105A Avenue NW, north of 103A Avenue NW, east of 97 Street NW, and west of 96 Street NW.

This application intends to consolidate the lane with the adjacent property to the northeast to accommodate additional parking for an existing building.
