A planning application (map) has been made to rezone land at 7105 May Crescent NW. The current zone allows for semi-detached housing in Area A, row housing in Area B, and apartment housing with small scale commercial uses in Area C.
The proposed zoning is to change portions of the existing Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) zoning to allow for the following additional uses:
- Semi-detached Housing (Area B and Area C)
- Row Housing (Area C)
There is no proposed change to Area A.
