A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 1010 17 Street NW and 1504 24 Street NW. The application proposes to rezone portions of the properties from Agricultural Zone (AG) to Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL), Planned Lot Residential Zone (RPL), Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD), and Public Parks Zone (AP).
