A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 4915 122A Street NW and 5011 122A Street NW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Urban Services Zone (US).
The proposed Urban Services zoning would allow for publicly and privately owned facilities of an institutional or community service nature. The applicant intends to maintain the existing religious assembly building while allowing for an expansion of the building on the same site.
