The proposed zoning is Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1). It allows for low-intensity commercial, office and service uses located along arterial roadways that border residential areas.

The application also includes a plan amendment to the Klarvatten Area Structure Plan to enable the proposed rezoning.

  2. Navigate to an area on the map or enter an address to search
  3. In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications”
  4. Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
