- From Shopping Centre Zone (CSC), High Rise Apartment Zone (RA9), and Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) creating greater flexibility in the location of residential and commercial uses within the site
- From Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Agricultural Zone (AG) for future widening of 170 Street SW
- From Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Medium Rise Apartment Zone (RA8) up to 23 m high (approximately 6 storeys)
