Planning applications received by the City in the Hudson neighbourhood.

14235 140 Street NW, 14420 139 Street NW and 14516 139 Street NW

A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 14235 140 Street NW, 14420 139 Street NW and 14516 139 Street NW.

The application proposes to rezone the properties from Agricultural Zone (AG) and Urban Reserve Zone (AGU) to Public Parks Zone (AP).

The purpose of the proposed rezoning from AG and AGU to AP is to enable associated subdivision applications (LDA07-0362 and LDA20-0408) and a development permit application (Job no. 354183457-002) related to plans currently under review to develop an existing Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) site at 14235 140 Street NW in the central portion of the Hudson neighbourhood. The proposed rezoning area would become City-owned land, as either road right-of-way or municipal reserve/park space.
