The application proposes to rezone the property from Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to a revised Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).

The current DC2 Zone allows for a range of commercial uses in general conformance with the Mill Woods Development Concept Consolidation land-use plan. If approved, the proposed DC2 Zone will add Liquor Stores to the list of permitted uses on site.
