A planning application (map) has been received for 3003 127 Street SW, 3150 127 Street SW and 3220 James Mowatt Trail SW. The application proposes to rezone the properties from Agriculture Zone (AG) and Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1).
The proposed Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1) would allow for a greater range of low-intensity commercial and office uses.
There is an associated amendment proposed for the Heritage Valley Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) to re-designate the subject site from Medium Density Residential uses to Neighbourhood Commercial uses.
