A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 3010 Hays Ridge Drive SW.

The application proposes to rezone the property from Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Medium-Rise Apartment Zone (RA8) to allow for the development of medium-rise, multi-unit housing up to 23 metres in height (approximately 6 storeys).

The application proposes to amend the Hays Ridge Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) by changing a portion of the neighbourhood from Low-Rise/Medium Density Residential to High-Density Residential land use.

  1. Go to maps.edmonton.ca, and select "Zoning” from the menu
  2. Navigate to an area on the map or enter an address to search
  3. In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications”
  4. Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
