A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 215 Hays Ridge Boulevard SW.
This application proposes to rezone the site from the Agricultural Zone (AG) to the Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL). The rezoning would provide for smaller lot Single Detached Housing with attached garages in a suburban setting that provides the opportunity for the more efficient utilization of undeveloped suburban areas, and includes the opportunity for Secondary Suites and Garden Suites.
The proposed rezoning conforms to the Hays Ridge Neighborhood Area Structure Plan, which designates this site for Single/Semi-Detached Residential.
