A planning application (map) been received for a property at 13104 Winterburn Road NW. The application proposes to rezone the property from Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL) to Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4) and Planned Lot Residential Zone (RPL).

The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for semi-detached housing that conforms with the approved Big Lake Area Structure Plan and Hawks Ridge Neighbourhood Structure Plan. A small portion of land is also proposed to be rezoned from Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL) to Planned Lot Residential Zone (RPL) to allow for future subdivision in conjunction with adjacent RPL lands.
