A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 10024 and 10028 142 Street NW. The application proposes to rezone the properties from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).
This application will allow for a low-rise multi-unit dwelling project, with a maximum height of about 4 storeys and the option for commercial development on the main floor facing 142 Street only.
