A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 10024 and 10028 142 Street NW. The application proposes to rezone the properties from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).
This application is for a low-rise multi-unit dwelling project. There is currently a review of the RA7 Zone through the Missing Middle Zoning review process. The draft revisions went to Urban Planning Committee on July 9, 2019, and when the proposed revisions move forward to Public Hearing at City Council, they will be available in the agenda.
