A planning application (map) has been received for a laneway near 11403 40 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to close an undeveloped, unpaved lane between a church and a shopping centre.
The closed area would be consolidated with the shopping centre property to the east. The closed area would be rezoned from Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4) to Shopping Centre Zone (CSC) to match the zoning of the shopping centre site.
