The CB1 Zone allows for low-intensity commercial, office and service uses with apartment housing above the ground floor as a discretionary use. The zone is located along arterial roads that border residential areas. Development shall be sensitive and in scale with existing development along the commercial street and any surrounding residential neighbourhood.
The sites fall within the Main Streets Overlay, and are located near the future 156 Street LRT stop.
