A planning application (map) has been received to rezone a portion of land at 2531 170 Street SW.
The application proposes to rezone the land from Agricultural Zone (AG) to Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4), Residential Mixed Dwelling Zone (RMD), Residential Small Lot Zone (RSL), Public Utility Zone (PU), and Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).
The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for single detached housing, semi-detached housing (two units side-by-side), row housing (three or more units side-by-side), and a portion of a stormwater management facility.
The application conforms with the Glenridding Ravine Neighbourhood Structure Plan (25MB).
