A planning application has been received to rezone land located along 86 Avenue east of 112 Street NW. This proposal includes 8603 112 Street NW and 11120, 11122, 11124 and 11132 86 Avenue NW.
The proposed rezoning would allow for the development of two residential towers with street-level commercial opportunities along 112 Street NW and townhouses along 86 Avenue NW.
The application also includes a proposed amendment to the Garneau Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP).

Edmontonians are invited to a drop-in engagement session for the proposed rezoning of a parcel of land north of 86 Avenue NW and east of 112 Street NW.

The session provides an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rezoning and share feedback with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to Public Hearing.
