A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 10903, 10907, 10909, and 10911 79 Avenue NW.
The rezoning would enable construction of a 50-unit 4-storey apartment building with the opportunity for limited commercial development on the ground floor facing 109 Street.
The draft DC2 proposal includes ground level units with individual access at ground level onto both 79 Avenue and 109 Street. The proposal includes underground parking and minimal surface parking for visitors.
