The application proposed to rezone the properties from Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to High-Rise Apartment Zone (RA9). The rezoning would allow the development of high-rise Multi-Unit Housing up to 60m in height, with the potential for limited commercial activities.

  4. Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
