The current zoning is Agricultural Zone (AG), Single-Detached Residential Zone (RF1), and Low-Density Infill Zone (RF2).

The proposed zoning is Single-Detached Residential Zone (RF1) and Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD) and Public Utility Zone (PU) to allow for a range of low-density residential uses and a utility lot.

The proposed zoning generally conforms with the Elsinore Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NSP).

  3. In the top right legend, select the green checkbox for “In progress rezoning applications”
  4. Information like the application date, status and a link to the current (more detailed) document(s) is shown in the box at the bottom of the page
