A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 430 66 St SW, 330 66 St SW and 331 71 St SW. The land is proposed to be rezoned from Direct Control Provision (DC2) and Rural Residential Zone (RR) to Urban Services Zone (US).
The intent of this rezoning application is to enable construction of a Religious Assembly Use.
An associated plan amendment is proposed under LDA19-0028.
Public Engagement Session
Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in engagement session on March 6, 2019 to learn more about a proposed rezoning at 430 66 St SW, 330 66 St SW and 331 71 St SW.
The session provided an opportunity to learn more about the proposed rezoning and share feedback with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the proposed rezoning goes to a future Public Hearing for a decision.
