A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 3304 127 Street SW and 803 and 835 Daniels Way SW.
The application proposes to rezone the properties from Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) and Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) to Medium-Rise Apartment Zone (RA8), Row Housing Zone (RF5) and Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).
The rezoning from RA7 to RA8 would increase the maximum building height from 4 storeys to approximately 6 storeys. The proposed rezoning would also adjust the RF5 and DC1 zoning boundary lines to match existing property lines. An application has been made to amend the Desrochers Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NSP) to enable the rezoning and allow for the increased height.
