The purpose of the rezoning is to accommodate a stormwater management facility, community commercial development, mixed use commercial/residential development and medium to higher density residential development.

The application proposes to rezone the properties from Agricultural Zone (AG) to:

The proposal would allow for the opportunity for:

  • Single detached, semi-detached and row housing
  • Low-rise apartments (up to 4 storeys)
  • Shops and services
  • Parks and community services

The application complies with the Decoteau North Neighbourhood Structure Plan.

3703 Ellerslie Road SW

A planning application (map) has been received to rezone a parcel of land at 3703 Ellerslie Road SW.

The proposed rezoning from Public Parks Zone (AP) to Urban Reserve Zone (AGU) would designate the site for future residential development within the Northwest Decoteau neighbourhood.
