The proposed rezoning would adjust the existing Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) to:
- allow for row housing
- incorporate a small portion of the adjacent land to the west of the site to accommodate the re-alignment of Clareview Station Drive NW
The rezoning would also require a plan amendment to the Clareview Town Centre Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan to clarify that berms and fences adjacent to the rail line are to remain private residential property, and not the property of the railway.
