The existing natural tree stand on the north part of the site is no longer sustainable, leading to the proposed rezoning.
The proposed rezoning toand Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) will allow for the development of a fire station and minor changes to the existing pedestrian-friendly community commercial area. The rezoning will also adjust site design regulations and pedestrian circulation.
This application includes an amendment to the Charlesworth Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP), and the Southeast Area Structure Plan (ASP) to reflect the proposed rezoning.
