The application proposed to rezone the property from Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) to a revised Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).
The revised DC1 rezoning would allow for the inclusion of Cannabis Retail Sales as a permitted use on the site, in addition to the existing medium-density residential uses with limited, low-intensity commercial uses.
