Ahas been received for a property at 3202 Checknita Way SW.
The application proposes to rezone the property from the Agricultural Zone (AG) to the Residential Mixed Dwelling Zone (RMD). The rezoning would allow for a range of home types including single-detached, semi-detached and row housing.
An associated application has been made to subdivide the site and consolidate it with 3201 Checknita Way SW to create a new residential lot.
The proposal conforms with the general intent of the Cavanagh Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan.
