An associated application has been made to subdivide the site and consolidate it with 3201 Checknita Way SW to create a new residential lot. 

The proposal conforms with the general intent of the Cavanagh Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan.

A planning application (map) has been received proposing to close a portion of ​the previous 30 Avenue SW location in Cavanagh, located south of the new 30 Avenue SW location and east of 111 Street SW.

Once closed, it is proposed that the ​closure​ area will be consolidated with the adjacent ​lands to accommodate subdivision of land.
