A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 10202 162 Street NW. The application proposes to amend the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan designation for one lot, from Small Scale Housing to Active Edge Housing, to provide an opportunity for a four-unit row housing development.
The rezoning application proposes to change the zoning for this site from the Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4) to the Small Scale Infill Development Zone (RF3). The Mature Neighbourhood Overlay will continue to apply to the site.
