A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 10434 91 Street NW and 10438 91 Street NW.

The application proposes to rezone the properties from Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).

This application proposes a DC2 zone which would allow for a six-storey, 75 unit residential apartment building.

The applicant is proposing to base the DC2 upon the standard RA8 Zone, with changes to density and minor changes to built form.

At this stage, City Planning has requested further work, including the submission of a site plan and elevations. These will be updated when available.

Area located between Jasper Avenue NW and 102 Avenue NW, and 96 Street NW and 97 Street NW

A planning application (map) has been received to rezone the area located generally between Jasper Avenue NW and 102 Avenue NW, and 96 Street NW and 97 Street NW.

The proposed zoning is for Direct Development Control Provision (DC1), identical to the existing DC1, except with the Cannabis Retail Sales Use added.

The use is subject to Section 70 of the Zoning Bylaw, which provides specific regulations for location and design.
