A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 11205 68 Street NW and 11205 68 Street NW.
The planning application proposes to rezone the properties and resolve a discrepancy between the property lines and zoning lines.
There is currently a church building and a single detached house on the site, and the property and zoning lines cut through both buildings.
The applications propose to rezone one small portion of the property from Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) to Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) and rezone another small portion of the property from Single Detached Residential Zone (RF1) to Low Rise Apartment Zone (RA7).
This rezoning is to align the zoning with a proposed subdivision to allow each building to be fully located on its own land parcel without easements.
