The application proposes to rezone an existing to a revised Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).
The proposed changes will designate the property at 3470 Allan Drive SW as Area E, and introduce unique setback regulations for that area. No changes are proposed to the other areas of the DC1. The changes that would apply to Area E allow for a canopy and parking in one portion of the north side setback.
