About the Proposal
The proposed development would be on the northwest corner of 153 Street NW and 95 Avenue NW.
The application is proposed to rezone land at 9504 153 Street from Site Specific Development Control Provision DC2 (920) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed development would allow for a mixed-use building facing 153 Street NW and 95 Avenue NW. The proposal includes:
- Street-oriented row housing facing 153 Street
- Four-storey apartment housing with ground level commercial facing 95 Avenue with opportunities for:
- General retail
- Professional, Financial and Office Services

An associated application has been made to amend the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan to enable this rezoning. This will mean making text and mapping changes to redesignate this property as multi-family housing.
