About the Proposal

The proposed rezoning from Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial Zone (CNC) to Low Intensity Business Zone (CB1) would allow for a greater range of low intensity commercial, office and service uses for the local and surrounding communities.

Amendments to the Griesbach Neighbourhood Structure Plan and the Special Area Overlay for Griesbach within the Zoning Bylaw would also be required to reflect the rezoning.

Open House

December 13, 2017

Citizens were invited to an open house to learn more about the proposal and provide feedback to the City and applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council before they make their decision on the rezoning application.
