Approved rezoning at 10350C 95 Street NW allowing 15 underground parking stalls to be utilized by off-site users.

A planning application has been approved to rezone property at 10350C 95 Street NW from Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) to a Revised Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).

The approved rezoning allows 15 underground parking stalls to be utilized by off-site users.

The previous zoning had allowed 10 of the 76 stalls in the Boyle Renaissance Plaza underground parkade to be used by off-site users. The approved rezoning increases that number to 25 stalls.

When City administration completed its review of the application, a recommendation was made to City Council. 

The approved rezoning proposal was heard at a City Council Public Hearing. The public was notified of the Public Hearing date and time at least 21 days in advance.
