The Walterdale Bridge spans the North Saskatchewan River, connecting the intersection of Queen Elizabeth Park Road and Walterdale Hill to the south side with 105 Street to the north.

Walterdale Trails Celebration

Date: Thursday September 6, 2018

Formal program begins at 6:30pm followed by tours of the area.
Location: Plaza on the southeast side of the bridge

Please join us in celebrating the opening of new trail connections around the Walterdale Bridge on September 6. This commemorates the completion of a landmark project, as the trails provide Edmontonians with greater access to the river valley.

August 2018
On August 27, the fences around the new park space and trail connections on either side of the Walterdale Bridge came down. With the completion of these trails, this latest stage in the Walterdale Bridge Project comes to a close.
