About the Project

Concept and preliminary design of required roadway modifications within the West Rossdale neighbourhood, as outlined in the approved West Rossdale Urban Design Plan, includes design of roadway operational changes, geometric modifications and streetscaping at Bellamy Hill, 103 Street, Rossdale Road, 97 Avenue and 105 Street.

The plan includes utility servicing needs associated with the arterial roadway modifications in the West Rossdale Area.

The study includes environmental assessments as well as historical and cultural resource management and follow up on the historical data, assessments and reports completed as part of the West Rossdale Urban Design Plan. Stakeholder and community consultation commenced in early 2013. Concept planning is completed and preliminary design was completed in early 2015.
