An Urban Design Analysis of the Central McDougall and Queen Mary Park neighbourhoods was completed in 2017 to identify areas for improvement as part of the Revitalization Strategy for both neighbourhoods. CMD/QMP Urban Design Analysis Report

Provides a set of recommendations and priorities of where physical improvements could be made in the neighbourhoods that benefit the residents and the community’s livability and overall attractiveness.

Queen Mary Park: 112 and 113 Streets Improvement (from 105-106 Avenue)

The 112 and 113 Streets Improvement Project is one of the projects identified in the CMD/QMP Urban Design Analysis that will be constructed in parallel to the Queen Mary Park Neighbourhood Renewal.

Residents, local businesses and property owners in Queen Mary Park neighbourhood were invited to a public information session on December 16, 2016 to review the proposed plans, meet with the project team and provide comments on the project.

A bulletin with information about the project and information session was mailed to residents, local businesses and property owners in Queen Mary Park.
